Service scope

GrowNegosyo provides sales, purchase, expense, inventory, money and reporting tools. Estimated business results are not formal accounts or statutory tax filings. Users remain responsible for checking records and obtaining appropriate professional advice.

Accounts and workspace access

Accounts use role-based workspace permissions. The final agreement must define account responsibilities, acceptable use, eligibility, support channels and the conditions for suspension or termination.

Plans and payments

Current plan prices, shared allowances and access periods are displayed before checkout. Paid access requires verified payment; the application does not schedule automatic recurring charges. Expired entitlements fall back to Free limits without deleting existing records. See the implemented billing rules.

Terms requiring owner decisions

• Operating legal entity, business address, contact details and governing terms.
• Refund, cancellation and dispute policies, including applicable consumer rights.
• Service availability, support commitments, data export and termination procedures.
• Intellectual property, liability terms and the process for notifying users of changes.
