Access and billing rules

Each checkout shows the price, billing type and usage allowances before payment. The agreed terms are retained with your payment and entitlement. Later catalog edits apply to new purchases.

Monthly and yearly access last for the paid period. One-Time plans provide either the displayed fixed number of days or Lifetime Access with no scheduled expiration. Lifetime access has no automatic renewal charge and remains subject to the platform’s access controls, including audited suspension or revocation by a platform administrator.

Payments are collected through Xendit hosted checkout. Your available payment methods depend on the platform’s enabled Xendit channels. Paid access activates only after server-side verification. This application does not schedule automatic recurring charges or store card details.

Renewing identical terms extends the current end date. Changing plans replaces access immediately after payment verification; unused time is not automatically prorated or refunded. Review any change from a lifetime plan carefully.

When a paid entitlement expires or is revoked, Free limits apply. Existing records are retained. If usage is above those limits, additional creation is blocked until capacity is available or access is upgraded. Suspension blocks workspace access; subscription time continues to run.

Refunds, disputes and billing corrections require contacting the platform administrator and processing them through Xendit. Cancelling an unpaid checkout is not a refund. Platform administrators can assign, extend or revoke access with an audit reason.
